Do I need a driving license to hire a vehicle?
No, you do not need a driving license. All our vehicles come with professional, licensed drivers included in the rental price.
What documents do I need to hire a vehicle?
You need a valid national ID or passport, and a credit or debit card for the security deposit. No driving license is required as all vehicles include professional drivers.
What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes the vehicle, a professional licensed driver, comprehensive insurance, and standard mileage (150km per day). Additional extras like child seats and moving equipment are available at extra cost.
What is the security deposit amount?
The security deposit varies by vehicle type. For cars, it typically ranges from LKR 25,000 to LKR 50,000. For larger vehicles like buses and lorries, the deposit is higher. The deposit is fully refundable upon return of the vehicle in good condition.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Cancellation fees may apply. Please contact us for assistance with modifications or cancellations.
